In this episode of The Payroll Podcast, we discover the motivations behind his hashtag handle which is #PassionForPayroll, and we learn why Max truly believes that payroll is the number one career choice for anyone interested in finance, HR, IT, Compliance or even Law!

“We’ve taken the best of HR, finance, legal, technology, IT into one function called Payroll.”

Max has never shied away from praising the teams that have supported him to overcome the global payroll challenges that he has faced, and in this episode, we explore his beliefs in what makes a great team leader.

We discover how writing about payroll tax assurance on a beach on holiday led him to become a keynote speaker and writer for the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI) and we learn that if you work in payroll and are passionate about what you do, then there is nothing holding you back from doing the same!

Max has extensive experience in all aspects of international payroll, and he has published articles and presented at many conferences for the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI), so we are incredibly excited to bring this unique episode to you!
